Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with schools, principals, and educators to promote and increase adoption of our educational kits.
- Present, demonstrate, and effectively showcase DIY kits to school staff, ensuring maximum product visibility and engagement.
- Collect and analyze feedback from schools to continuously improve and adapt educational materials to meet market needs and trends.
- Conduct regular school visits, product presentations, and in-person demonstrations to drive product sales and brand awareness.
- Collaborate closely with the content and design teams to enhance educational materials based on feedback and market insights.
- Represent the company at educational events and conferences, as well as travel to various locations as required to expand the school network and drive product adoption.
**Requirements**:
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the publications or educational materials industry.
- Strong existing network within schools, educators, and academic institutions.
- Experience in selling educational products, kits, or materials to schools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence key decision-makers.
- Ability to travel and visit schools as needed to build relationships and drive product adoption.
