**Key Responsibilities**:

- Content Creation and Management:

- Develop and post creative and engaging content across our social media platforms using AI tools for content generation.
- Create visually appealing images and videos that resonate with our target audience.
- Schedule regular posts in line with the content calendar.
- Social Media Engagement:

- Increase engagement with target audiences through innovative social media strategies.
- Monitor social media trends and leverage them to engage with followers.
- Respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely and engaging manner.
- Social Media Network Expansion:

- Implement strategies to increase followers and expand our social media network.
- Collaborate with influencers, industry professionals, and other partners to increase our social media reach.
- Organize and participate in online events to build community and boost brand awareness.
- Analytics and Reporting:

- Track and analyze the performance of social media posts and campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on analytics to improve social media strategies.
- Stay current with social media trends and best practices for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- You should be a computer graduate (BCA / BSc IT / B Tech)
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and management.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and best practices.
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
- Creative mindset with strong graphic design and video editing skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- A minimum graduate with related training/degree will be preferred.
