Morrison Hershfield India is seeking one (1) Office Facilitator for its Vizag office.

Office Administration
- Functions under the direction of the Managing Partner
- Meets and greets staff, clients, visitors, and vendors arriving to the office
- Unlocks applicable office doors
- Communicates and handles incoming and outgoing electronic communications promptly
- Distributes incoming mail and courier material
- Prepares labels and envelopes for courier packages and mailing as required
- Send local, national, and international couriers; track as requested
- Completes travel requests for office staff as required (i.e., air, rail, car rentals and hotel

accommodation) - through Direct Travel/Concur portal
- Creates professional documentation and correspondence, including labels, templates,

spreadsheets, etc. utilizing Microsoft Office programs
- Coordination of building management (includes dealing with security system, property managers,

vendors and contractors)
- Office event planning and support
- Management of office specific vendors (mail, couriers, office supplies)
- Leadership role in the situation of emergency or disaster coordination
- Ensures an active Health and Safety Committee
- Assists the Corporate Office Manager and Managing Partner in the preparation of annual office

budget
- Works to support a safe work environment (office inspections, quality of equipment, etc.)
- Receives office related payables for approval and forward to finance
- Manages security access
- First point of contact for security company inquires and alarm calls
- Other duties as assigned

Facilities Management
- Interacts with other divisional staff managers and liaise with internal staff
- Updates office manual/ERP
- Office maintenance and renovations in cooperation with Director, Office Experience and Facilities
- Participates on Green Team
- Monitors Building Maintenance and office cleaning issues
- Coordination of facility renovations and interiors in association with Director, Office Experience and

Facilities
- Provides back-up to I.T. for jamming issues with printers / copiers, etc. Place maintenance calls for

equipment as required (i.e., Xerox machine, coffee machine, dishwasher, etc.) and provide backup

to I.T. for maintenance of printers / copiers, etc.
- Monitors and maintain office areas including but not limited to reception, storage areas,

boardroom/meeting rooms, and kitchen
- Turns off meeting room and reception lights and lock applicable office doors.
