As part of our student support services, we are looking to appoint a qualified **Career Counsellor** to guide students of Grades 9-12 on academic and career decisions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide individual and group counselling to students from Grades 9 to 12.
- Conduct aptitude, interest, and personality assessments to support career guidance.
- Organize university fairs, career talks, and workshops.
- Support students with entrance exam preparation and college admission processes.
- Maintain records of counselling sessions and progress reports.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to address student needs.
- Stay updated with changing career trends, competitive exams, and university requirements (Indian and international).

**Eligibility CriteriaEducational Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Psychology, Education**, or a related field.
- Postgraduate degree/diploma in one or more of the following:

- **Counselling Psychology / Clinical Psychology**:

- **Career Counselling**:

- **Education**:

- **Guidance & Counselling**

**Experience**:

- Minimum **3 to 5 years** of relevant experience in CBSE schools, especially with **Grades 9-12**.

**Preferred Certifications (Not Mandatory but Advantageous)**:

- **NCERT (DEPFE)** - Diploma in Guidance and Counselling (1-year)
- **IGNOU** - Certificate courses in counselling
- **UCLA Extension**, **GCDF**, **ICCC** - Global-standard certification programs in career counselling.**How to Apply**:
