**Job Summary**

Provide guidance in terms of College & Career Counselling to High School.

**Job Qualifications**

**Required**:

- Graduates / Post Graduates with hands-on experience as College & Career Counsellor
- Good verbal and written communication skills - must be able to reach out to, and network with, professionals across the industry from different regions (India, US, Europe, etc.)
- Excellent research skills - the ability to seek valid and genuine information (beyond just googling) about careers, colleges, entrance modalities, etc.
- Willingness to learn - this is a field that is constantly changing and evolving; no matter what the previous experience, being a lifelong learner is absolutely critical
- Teamwork and Empathy - the ability to understand and empathise with students and their families; the ability to work well as a team with the current counsellor, other teachers, school administration, and the larger counsellor network and university representatives

**Preferred**:

- Ability to create a good and peaceful work environment

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide College & Career Counselling workshops and sessions for students in grades 9-11
- Conduct the PSAT / SAT and select exams in school
- Participate in any other activities that are a part of the regular functioning of the college & career counselling office
