**Job Description: Career Counsellor**

**Position Overview**:
A Career Counsellor provides guidance and support to individuals seeking to make informed educational and career choices. They help clients identify their strengths, interests, and goals, and offer tailored advice to navigate academic paths, career transitions, or personal development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assessment and Guidance**:

- Conduct assessments to evaluate students’ skills, interests, personality traits, and career goals.
- Utilize psychometric tests and tools to determine suitable career paths or educational choices.
- **Information and Resources**:

- Provide up-to-date information about careers, educational programs, certifications, and market trends.
- **Career Planning**:

- Develop personalized career plans based on clients’ aspirations and aptitudes.
- Support clients in setting realistic short-term and long-term career objectives.
- **Coaching and Skill Development**:

- Offer advice on building resumes, preparing for interviews, and improving professional skills.
- **Support for Transitions**:

- Guide students in choosing educational programs or institutions.
- Help professionals considering career changes or re-entering the workforce.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Collaborate with schools, colleges, employers, and other stakeholders to create opportunities for clients.
- Build strong networks to provide a wider range of options and resources for clients.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain detailed client records and progress reports.
- Track outcomes to assess the effectiveness of counselling services.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- 12th Pass / Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Freshers are welcome with Excellent Communication Skills in English & Telugu.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of educational systems, career options, and market trends.
- Experience in counseling or coaching is an advantage in Salary & Career Growth.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
