**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand client hiring needs and JD requirements.
- Share shortlisted profiles with clients and follow up on feedback.
- Maintain proper records and daily reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for resume submission, interviews, and closures.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline (BBA/MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and meet recruitment targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong interest in building a career in HR/Recruitment.
- Prior internship or 1-year experience in recruitment (preferred, not mandatory).
