**Job Title**: Client Relationship Officer
**Location**: Lower Parel, Mumbai
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 per month
**Gender**: Open to All
**Education**: Bachelor’s Degree (Any discipline)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring smooth transitions.
- Follow up with clients for renewals, feedback, and upselling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Participate in client meetings and reviews when required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, client servicing, or a similar role (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
