**Job Title**: Customer Care Representative (Female Only)

**Location**: Visakhapatnam

**Salary**: INR 15,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed information about our services.
- Assist customers in making reservations and placing orders.
- Address and resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude when interacting with customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and adept problem-solving.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on pending inquiries.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in both Hindi and English is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Patience and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.
- Prior customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
