- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring complete satisfaction.
- Assist customers with product or service-related questions, concerns, and technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or management when necessary.
- Track customer issues and follow up to ensure proper resolution.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
