**Job Summary**:
The Resident Housekeeping & Maintenance Couple is responsible for managing the overall cleanliness, upkeep, and maintenance of a residential property, guesthouse, or resort villa. This couple works as a team — one focusing on housekeeping and domestic duties, and the other on general maintenance, gardening, and technical repairs. The goal is to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, hygiene, and maintenance of the property while living on-site.

**Key Responsibilities:A. Housekeeping Partner (Female Preferred)**:

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas.
- Perform daily cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and laundry.
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish toiletries as required.
- Handle wardrobe organization, ironing, and guest room preparation.
- Assist in kitchen duties — basic cooking, serving, and cleaning after meals.
- Manage household inventory, cleaning supplies, and report shortages.
- Ensure hygiene and upkeep standards suitable for a premium residence or resort.

**B. Maintenance Partner (Male Preferred)**:

- Perform daily inspection and repair of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Maintain gardens, lawns, outdoor furniture, and property surroundings.
- Handle small carpentry, painting, and minor repair works as required.
- Ensure functioning of water supply, lighting, air-conditioning, and appliances.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for major maintenance work.
- Manage waste disposal, vehicle cleaning, and overall property security.

**C. Joint Responsibilities**:

- Ensure smooth day-to-day operation and readiness of the property.
- Maintain a professional, respectful, and trustworthy relationship with residents or guests.
- Handle guest requests, arrivals, and departures when required (in resort/villa setups).
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Take responsibility for safety, cleanliness, and maintenance standards.

**Employer Requirements**:
**Education**:

- Basic education; vocational or technical training preferred (for maintenance role)

**Experience**:

- 3-5 years of experience as a working couple in housekeeping and maintenance (in villas, resorts, or private residences)

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Housekeeping partner: cleaning, laundry, and hospitality skills
- Maintenance partner: electrical, plumbing, gardening, and handyman skills
