**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and polishing.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure rooms are well-presented.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Wash, fold, and iron laundry as required.
- Replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and efficiently.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect privacy of residents/guests.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Housekeeper, Cleaner, or similar role.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Physical stamina to handle manual tasks.
- Flexibility to work on weekends/holidays if required.
