**Responsibilities**

Job Description - Housekeeper

Location: Riyadh, Qatar

Experience: 5+ years

Age Requirement: Under 28

Key Responsibilities: Cleaning and Maintenance
- Perform thorough cleaning of all rooms and suites, including dusting all surfaces, vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, and sanitizing all high-touch areas. Ensure all rooms are free of dust, dirt, and debris.
- Deep clean and disinfect all bathroom fixtures, including toilets, sinks, bathtubs, and showers. Replenish all toiletries, towels, and other necessary supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as lounges, hallways, and lobbies by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing as required. Regularly inspect these areas to ensure they remain clean and inviting.
- Clean and maintain outdoor areas such as patios, decks, and pool sides. Ensure outdoor furniture is clean and properly arranged.

Organization
- Arrange and tidy up living spaces, including making beds with precision, organizing personal items, and ensuring furniture and decor are aesthetically pleasing and properly placed.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in storage areas and closets. Organize linens, cleaning supplies, and other items systematically for easy access and efficiency.

Guest Experience
- Understand and anticipate the preferences and needs of residents and guests, providing a tailored and memorable experience.
- Assist guests with packing and unpacking requests and adhere to Lost/Found procedures with diligence.
- Guest needs will be prioritized, and requests promptly addressed.
- Maintaining visibility and approachability to guests, updating and following guest preferences, and meticulously storing and inventorying guest luggage will be integral aspects of your role.

Inventory Management
- Monitor and replenish housekeeping supplies and amenities, ensuring there is always an adequate stock of essentials such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linens.
- Report any shortages, damaged items, or maintenance needs to the Housekeeping Storekeeper or Manager promptly. Keep detailed records of inventory levels and usage patterns.

Safety Compliance
- Adhere to established health and safety guidelines while performing duties.
- Actively identifies and mitigates potential safety hazards within the work environment, promoting a culture of safety and awareness.
- Understand safety procedures, ensuring you are knowledgeable about safe practices and emergency protocols.
- Ensures all accidents, injuries, or unsafe practices are promptly reported and investigated, taking corrective action as necessary.
- Monitors the proper use and availability of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensures all safety tools and equipment are well-maintained.

Communication
- Provide thorough handovers to the next shift, including written and verbal updates, ensuring seamless continuity of service.
- Monitoring communication channels for guest inquiries and movements will also be part of your responsibilities.
