Job Title: Housekeeping Attendant / Housekeeper

Department: Housekeeping

Location : Qatar

Job Summary:

The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness of assigned areas to ensure a safe, clean, and pleasant environment for guests, staff, or residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean, sanitize, and tidy guest rooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas as per company standards.
  • Replace linens, restock supplies (toiletries, cleaning materials, etc.), and ensure adequate inventory levels.
  • Handle laundry services including washing, drying, ironing, and folding as needed.
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables properly.
  • Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
  • Follow all safety and hygiene guidelines.
  • Operate cleaning equipment (vacuum, floor scrubber, etc.) safely and effectively.
  • Ensure lost and found procedures are followed correctly.
  • Maintain confidentiality and respect guest/resident privacy at all times.
  • Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning schedules when required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven experience in housekeeping or cleaning services (hotel, hospital, office, etc.).
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and proper handling procedures.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.

Work Conditions:

  • May require standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
  • Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.

Performance Indicators:

  • Cleanliness and presentation of assigned areas.
  • Timely completion of cleaning tasks.
  • Compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
  • Guest/resident satisfaction feedback.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹21, ₹24,000.00 per month
