**JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Sales & Business Development**:

- Identify and target potential B2B customers in industries.
- Develop and implement strategies to approach new clients and convert them into loyal customers.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

**Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide exceptional customer service and post-sale support, ensuring repeat business and customer retention.

**Product Knowledge & Promotion**:
Possess in-depth knowledge of the company’s carpet products, including materials, design options, and installation processes.
- Provide clients with customized product recommendations based on their requirements and project needs.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations to close sales effectively.

**Sales Administration**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and transaction details in the CRM system.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads and sales opportunities, keeping the sales pipeline active and organized.

**Collaboration with Internal Teams**:

- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to align sales strategies and promotional efforts.
- Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and product delivery.
- Assist in the development of sales materials and presentations to better support the sales process

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the carpet, flooring, or related industries.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at multiple levels.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial carpet products, installation processes, and market trends (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
