**Responsibilities**:

- **Market Analysis**: Conduct thorough research to understand current fashion trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies for ladies' and children's garments.
- **Product Development**: Partner with designers and manufacturers to create new clothing lines that align with market demand and the brand's image.
- **Merchandise Planning**: Forecast inventory needs, plan assortments, and manage stock distribution across stores or regions based on sales trends and demand.
- **Supplier Coordination**: Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely production and delivery of garments while upholding quality standards.
- **Sales Analysis**: Review sales data to track performance and make data-driven decisions to enhance sales strategies and boost profitability.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, sales, and retail teams to implement effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

**Qualifications**:

- **Fashion Merchandising Background**: Bachelors degree or equivalent in fashion merchandising, apparel design, or a related field.
- **Industry Experience**: Extensive experience in merchandising, with a proven track record in the fashion industry.
- **Market Knowledge**: Deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and fashion preferences, particularly for women and children.
- **Analytical Skills**: Proficient in analyzing sales data, market research, and forecasting techniques.
