Responsibilities
- **Welcoming visitors**: Greet visitors and register them at the reception
- **Answering phones**: Answer and screen phone calls, and redirect them to the appropriate department
- **Scheduling appointments**: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events
- **Maintaining records**: Maintain records of appointments, correspondence, and other relevant data
- **Managing office supplies**: Order and monitor office supplies, and ensure they are kept in stock
- **Processing mail**: Process incoming mail and distribute outgoing mail
- **Performing other administrative tasks**: Copy, scan, and file documents, prepare reports, and type documents
- **Coordinating activities**: Coordinate front-desk activities, such as receiving shipments and organizing documents
- **Providing information**: Provide information about the organization's services and products
- **Attending meetings**: Attend meetings and trainings as required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
