We're expanding rapidly and are looking for a well-organized and confident **Sales Coordinator** to act as a central point of communication between our sales team, distributors, and customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Meeting Coordination**:

- Schedule and manage meetings between the sales team and distributors/customers.
- Ensure timely reminders and follow-ups for appointments and agendas.
- **Communication Management**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for distributor and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate communication between internal sales staff and external partners.
- **Relationship Handling**:

- Build and maintain professional relationships with existing customers and distributors.
- Support relationship management activities by staying in touch with key accounts.
- **Follow-ups & Tracking**:

- Regularly follow up with distributors for order updates, feedback, and relationship health.
- Track pending tasks, meetings, and commitments to ensure timely closure.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain records of meetings, interactions, and sales coordination activities.
- Assist in preparing basic reports, summaries, and data logs as required.
- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business background preferred).
- **Experience**: 0-2 years in a coordination, client servicing, or support role.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Professional attitude with a customer-first mindset
- **Personality**: Friendly, dependable, well-spoken, and proactive
