**Position: Process Coordinator**

**Shift: - Day Shift**

**Location: - Lajpat Nagar, Delhi**

**Job Responsibility**:

- Reviewing daily sales and inventory reports to ensure everything is in alignment.
- Coordinating with the supply chain team to resolve any issues with product deliveries.
- Conducting a store audit to ensure processes are being followed and identify areas for improvement.
- Meeting with department managers to discuss workflow or procedural adjustments.
- Work closely with various departments such as sales, inventory, customer service, and supply chain to ensure smooth communication and process flow.
- Coordinate between corporate teams and store-level staff to ensure alignment on operational priorities.
- Facilitate meetings or workshops to train and communicate process improvements to team member
- Train staff on new or revised processes, ensuring they understand the expectations and best practices.
- Provide ongoing coaching to employees to enhance their skills and ensure adherence to efficient processes.
- Stay updated on new retail trends or technologies that could further improve operational processes.
- Collaborate with management and other departments to find practical solutions to problems affecting workflow.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
