Key Responsibilities Process & Workflow Coordination
- Monitor daily tasks across departments and ensure timely execution as per defined SOPs.
- Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
- Identify process delays, gaps, or bottlenecks and escalate where needed.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain and update trackers, reports, and sheets on a daily/weekly basis.
- Document process changes, meeting notes, and task instructions for internal use.
- Prepare MIS reports and summaries for management review.
Inter-Department Coordination
- Act as the communication bridge between departments like Operations, Logistics, Sales, Accounts, HR, and Management.
- Ensure smooth flow of information and clarity in task assignments.
Quality & Compliance
- Support teams in following SOPs and process standards.
- Ensure timely completion of checklists, audits, and documentation.
Improvement & Support
- Suggest improvements for faster and more efficient working processes.
- Assist in new process rollouts and training employees on SOPs.
Requirements
Education: Graduate (Any stream)
Experience: 0–2 years in coordination, operations, admin or similar roles.
Skills Needed:
- Strong communication (English & Hindi)
- Good follow-up and task management skills
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and documentation
- Discipline, ownership, and problem-solving mindset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
