The Process Coordinator will act as a link between the production, planning, quality, and dispatch teams.
This role ensures that every stage of the printing and packaging process runs smoothly — from job order receipt to final dispatch — maintaining quality, timelines, and coordination among departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily production and job order schedules between departments.
- Ensure material availability (paper, board, inks, plates, films, etc.) before production starts.
- Maintain and update job status reports, daily production sheets, and MIS records.
- Track work-in-progress (WIP) and follow up with respective team members.
- Communicate client requirements and job specifications to production and QC teams.
- Support in process audits, ISO documentation, and internal reporting.
- Monitor delivery timelines and coordinate with the dispatch team.
- Identify and report any production delays, rework, or material wastage to management.
- Maintain smooth coordination with design, prepress, printing, lamination, die-cutting, and finishing sections.Key Skills Required:
- Strong coordination and follow-up ability.
- Knowledge of printing processes (Offset, Flexo, Gravure, etc.) and packaging workflow.
- Good understanding of production documentation and record management.
- Basic computer knowledge — MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets, ERP (if any).
- Excellent communication and team-handling skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):
- Experience in Printing, Packaging, or Manufacturing unit.
- Knowledge of ISO / BRC / quality process documentation.
- Understanding of job card preparation and costing coordination.
