Administrative Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative and facility operations
- Supervise housekeeping, security and maintenance teams
- Maintain office infrastructure, supplies and service contracts
- Ensure adherence to health, safety and organizational protocols
- Assist in vendor management, procurement and asset tracking
- Prepare administrative reports, records and correspondence
- Manage office budgets, petty cash and expense tracking
- Coordinate travel, accommodation and logistics as needed
- Support HR and finance teams in documentation and compliance
- Handle staff grievances related to admin matters
**Eligibility & Skills Required**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in administrative or facility management roles
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient in MS Office and office management software
- Knowledge of vendor management and basic budgeting
- Ability to handle multitasking, pressure and deadlines
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
