**Housekeeping Executive**

**Experience: 5-9 Years**

**Qualification: Any Degree**

**Skills**:

- Knowledge about soft services
- Good Communication skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Knowledge about soft services - Chemicals, Tools & Tackles, daily consumptions tracker, walk around reports.
- To handle multiple task - Client management, Event management, Man management, time management etc.
- Maintaining daily/weekly/monthly reports and sharing to client.
- Knowledge about OWC operations, Landscaping, food court, management etc.
- Maintaining the documents required to the site.
- Knowledge about Audit (9K, 14K, 45K, IMS, EHS, HIRA, 5S, BSC)
- Managing ground team with Politeness.

**Location: Embassy Tech Village (Marathalli)**

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
