**Roles & Responsbilities**:

- Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness and appearance of the entire Hotel.
- Ensure that rooms are made as per company standard.
- Prepare Annual Housekeeping Budget.
- Maintain parstock of guestsupplies, cleaning supplies, linen and uniform.
- Organize inventories with Accountsand General Store for linen, uniform and fixed assets.
- Pay particular attention while organizing pest eradication activities.
- Develop and implement Housekeeping systems and procedures
- Prepare reports for management information.
- Assist Purchase department in selecting suppliers for items related to Housekeeping.
- Plan, control and supervise Horticultural activities.
- Attending and resolving guest complaints.
- Prepare the annual Housekeeping budget for submission to the General Manager.
- Organize on-the job training and evaluate its effectiveness.
- Approval of the Functional Manual of the department.
- Liaise between the maintenance and housekeeping department
- Inspect and approve all supply requisition for the Housekeeping department and to maintain par stock, inventory control procedures for all materials.

- Three Years Degree or diploma in hotel management,
- Strong leadership abilities and organization skills.
- Entrepreneurial
- Think out of the box and able to drive change and look for operational efficiencies.
- Synergies across the network.
- Successful pre-opening experience holds on advantages.
- Awareness about new technology and products related to Housekeeping knowledge of purchase specification of the HK articles.
- Knowledge of financial statements and budgets.
- Effective communication
- Pleasing personality
- Physical fitness
- Highest grooming and personal hygiene standards.
- Able to think outside the box.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience as a housekeeping supervisor of which at least 2 to 3 years as an assistant Housekeeper.
- Strong operation/Technical knowledge.
- Successful pre-opening experience and records a distinct advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹9,589.15 - ₹36,000.68 per month
