We are looking for a **Facility Supervisor** to ensure smooth coordination between teams, timely execution of tasks, and efficient stock management within our interior manufacturing facility. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments to optimize facility operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Coordination & Execution**:
Act as the primary point of contact between different departments (production, procurement, maintenance, logistics, and HR) to ensure seamless facility operations.
Plan and oversee daily tasks, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and on schedule.
Address operational challenges, coordinate problem-solving efforts, and ensure mínimal disruption to production activities.
Ensure timely execution of facility-related projects, repairs, and maintenance tasks.

**Stock & Inventory Management**:
Monitor and maintain stock levels of facility supplies, spare parts, and essential materials.
Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment of necessary resources.
Keep accurate records of inventory usage and report stock shortages proactively.
Implement inventory control measures to prevent wastage and improve cost efficiency.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma.
Freshers or experience in facility coordination, preferably in manufacturing.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive approach.
Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of facility maintenance best practices and safety regulations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
