Roles & Responsibilities:

- 1. Managing Soft services related operations of facility.

2. Interacting with the Housekeeping team, Security team and other soft service related team.

3. Taking facility rounds and find out snags and raising tickets for the same.

4. Follow up and close the tickets logged

5. Take rounds of the facility regularly to identify issues in and initiate immediate rectification actions.

6. Meet the housekeeping supervisors during the shift to discuss and communicate priorities for the shift and address complaints.

7. Provide comprehensive workspace management for the office premises and assist client for any issue regarding facility.

8. Should be able to resolve problems or improve soft service operations.

9. Assist with critical out-of-hours issues & participate as a key team member in responses to emergency situations.

10. Report building incident following with set escalation channels with measures and solutions.

11. Ownership of the Day to day administration, including various reports, generation of the stocks tracker.

12. Preparing the Daily/Weekly and Monthly MIS reports related soft service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
