Work location: Hennur, Road,Bangalore

Experience required: 3-6years in residential/commercial maintenance

Who working as a Technical Executive, Technial supervisor, Shift engineer who looking higher position into handling both hard & soft services can also come for direct walk in interview..

Education: Diploma/ BE in EEE

Shift: General shift

Skills must required: must have good knowledge of DG, UPS, HVAC, Chillar, STP/WTP,Vendor management, Good communication

**Job Description**:
1) Supervising muti-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security

2) Check the grooming of the staff

3) Walk through the complete building frequently

4) Ensure all Facility Amenities operational and serviced as per recommended services.

5) Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water, are well-maintained

6) Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job.

7) Manage and oversee community activities and functions

8) Ensure well Maintenance of premises.

9) Conduct inspections

10) Oversee all safety concert and emergencies

11) Working effectively with all clients and stakeholders and maintains effective relationships with client

12) Review and make recommendations regarding safety /security requirements of clients.

13) Advising businesses on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness

14) Co-ordinate and update on Operational requirements, issues to reporting manager and obtain required approvals and document the same
