Job Title: Provider Partner for TPA Company

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers in the TPA's network, including hospitals, clinics, and individual practitioners.
- Work with internal teams to ensure that providers are fully informed about the TPA's products, services, and requirements.
- Represent the TPA at provider meetings, conferences, and other events.
- Negotiate provider contracts and manage ongoing relationships to ensure that providers are meeting the TPA's requirements for quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate provider training and education programs to ensure that providers are up-to-date on the latest TPA policies and procedures.
- Identify and resolve provider issues, working closely with internal teams to ensure that providers are satisfied with their experience with the TPA.
- Promote the TPA's brand and reputation in the provider community, working to build positive relationships and increase provider satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in provider relations or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with healthcare providers.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience with contract management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations.

**Salary**: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
