We are having a Service set up in PAN India with a dedicated team of 150 Service Engineers. HYT has developed and established agencies for maintaining our machines on the global platform as well.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Material Procurement**

Source and procure civil construction materials including but not limited to steel, bricks, aggregates, sand, plumbing and sanitary materials, tiles, cement, and proxy materials.

Ensure timely procurement of materials as per site requirements, maintaining project timelines and quality standards.

**Quotation and PO Management**

Prepare and manage purchase orders (POs) accurately.

Compare quotations from various vendors using MS Excel to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.

Maintain a comprehensive record of all procurement activities and documentation.

**Vendor Management**

Identify and evaluate potential vendors, ensuring they meet the company’s standards for quality, cost, and reliability.

Negotiate payment terms and conditions with vendors to secure favourable terms for the company.

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure smooth procurement operations.

**Compliances and Reporting**:
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Provide regular reports on procurement activities, including cost analysis, vendor performance, and material availability.

Address and resolve any issues related to procurement promptly to avoid project delays.

**Experience**:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil procurement for EPC projects.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in procuring civil construction materials.

**Skills**:
Proficiency in MS Excel for comparing quotations and managing procurement data.

Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing favourable payment terms.

Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple procurement requests simultaneously.

Strong communication skills to interact effectively with vendors and project teams.

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Strong ethical standards and integrity.

**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
