**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Ensure information entered the purchasing database is accurate and has proper approval prior
to entry.
- Maintain Excel sheet item database, which includes creating item IDs, processing item links,
updating pricing, and creating item catalogue
- Maintain Excel with vendor database, which includes creating new vendors, processing address
changes, and creating vendor reports.
- Assist with training new users on the purchasing system
- Create purchase orders (POs) and change orders.
- Works with new or existing vendors/suppliers to develop relations and research cost reduction
opportunities; analysis and recommends options.
- Review and approve invoices as assigned by procurement manager.
- Conduct purchasing data analysis assigned by Procurement Manager to support cost savings
initiatives
- Train and supports field personnel on purchase order processing and troubleshooting to ensure
accuracy and integrity in the purchase process
policies
- Process all field issued Vendor Information Requests (VIR).
- Perform Supplier negotiations, request for proposals (RFP) and Request for Quotes (RFQ) with
regional and local suppliers that are not under the national preferred vendor umbrella

- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent English and communication skills
- IT skills (MS Office, CRM, Dialers, VoIP, Problem Solving Skills)
- Highly accurate with meticulous attention to detail.
- Highly numerate and analytical in a commercially oriented manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including presentation skills)
- Confident decision-maker and proven ability to work under pressure
- Focused, with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift

Ability to commute/relocate:
