We are seeking dynamic and customer-oriented Tele-calling Executives to join our TVD team. The primary role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining our services related to study, work, and immigration abroad, and converting leads into walk-ins or registrations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Outbound Calls**: Initiate calls to potential clients to inform them about our services and offerings.
- **Inbound Calls**: Respond to incoming inquiries, providing accurate information and addressing client concerns.
- **Lead Conversion**: Engage with leads to convert them into walk-ins or registrations, meeting set targets.
- **Database Management**: Maintain and update client information in our CRM system.
- **Follow-ups**: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports on call metrics and lead conversion rates.

**What we are looking for**:

- Qualification: Bachelor's degree and beyond.
- Freshers to 1 year experience in the industry of education abroad and immigration consultancy.
- Fluency in English and any local language/s.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet performance goals.
