**Job Title : Junior Product Manager for Source to Pay**

**Overview**:
The Product Management team is responsible for developing the technology vision and roadmap for the Global Procurement organisation. Working with key stakeholders to align on business strategy the team create and deliver end to end user-centric solutions to capture value across the source to pay process.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Monitoring DBLA activities on a monthly basis with preparing governance reports, saving them as evidence, following up on violations and/or escalations with DBLA/COOs
- Managing requirements, improving platform, managing stakeholders, UAT testing, project management, etc. for dbApprove
- Review approval role flags in dbApprove (Non
- compliant competency review, db approve inactive account review, etc)
- Support on ongoing technical issues with the db approve technical L1 and L2 team & work on Change requests with CIO team
- As a back-up manage requirements and MDG requests for dbbuyer, review and quality check for Accenture, approve test results for MDG changes completed by Accenture
- Perform recertification & open revocation request for dbApprove tool on ongoing basis
- Support DBLAs queries & dbApprove operations team
- Ability to identify issues and provide feedback to improve quality and reduce defects
- Open minded, able to share information, knowledge and expertise with peers and team members
- Eye for detail and willingness to question current state practices
- Independent, self-motivated and a team player.
- Ability to use sound judgment to determine due diligence quality and if meets regulatory standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Tasks**
- dbApprove Governance: Mandated by Audit in 2017 PTO had to introduce a Governance role to check policy compliance of competencies and approval rules
- dbApprove (Junior) Product Manager: Product management responsibilities to be moved to this resource to manage the dbApprove platform and BOW from a CTB perspective
- dbBuyer MDG process: Back-up responsibility of maintaining master data for dbbuyer system
- AppZen : Support on the AppZen project
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Good functional knowledge of Source to Pay processes and ability to identify process requirements/ improvement opportunities and translate them in to Business requirement documents
- 7 to 9 years of post-qualification work experience in procurement operation
- Passion for working with a high performing organisation.
- Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills
- Strong team player, able to work in global, virtual teams in a matrix organization. Strong analytical skills. Able to define and understand the most critical issues
- Strong business planning, change management, stakeholder management, information sharing and knowledge transfer skills
- Strong understanding of accounting knowledge & concepts
- Good analytical and effective communication skills with ability to influence and interact with all levels of the organization
- Independent self-starter with excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Sound Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, ARIBA and MS Office
**Education | Certification (Recommended)**:
- Bachelor or Masters Degree (or equivalent) from an accredited college or university (or equivalent); Degree in Engineering, Finance or Supply Chain Management with post qualification experience
