DB Expense & Card Operations.

Monthly/Weekly activities i.e. KPI management, Delinquency reports, Credit balance report, Questionable spend report, Cancellation report, Payment allocation, Top spenders report

**Your key responsibilities**
- Serves as a primary internal contact for resolving cardholders/assistants card related matters.
- Resolve queries such as - refunds, reinstatement of accounts, limit enhancement, payment allocation, account reconciliation, monthly COO reports and other user queries.
- Monitor and report delinquent T&E cardholders account on regular basis.
- Document and maintains procedures on the share drive for all areas of responsibility.
- Identify and document card activity (volume, spend, compliance) statistics
- Ensure timely completion of projects if assigned any.

**Your skills and experience**
- Graduates/Postgraduate in business/finance
- Minimum 3+ years of Travel & Expenses and Employee Corporate Credit Card Management
- Sound knowledge on MS office tools - Excel, Word, Power point.
- Experience in handling user queries, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Knowledgeable and skilled in proper accounting principles, practices, and procedures
- Needs to be a self-starter with significant ability to undertake initiatives. Strong interpersonal / good negotiations skills are required, leadership skills will be essential for this role. Follow through skills, ability to confidently handle internal clients
