Ekaanta is a premier wellness retreat along the tranquil banks of the Ganges, offering tailored wellness experiences and peaceful stays. In addition to our personalized wellness programs, we offer bed and breakfast (or dinner) bookings that provide guests with a rejuvenating stay complete with delicious meals made with locally sourced ingredients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**B2C Sales (Wellness and Bed & Breakfast/Dinner Bookings)**:
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for bed and breakfast/dinner bookings by employing effective sales strategies.
- **Proactively follow up** with potential and past clients to maintain engagement and promote bookings for both wellness programs and meal-inclusive stays.
- Tailor accommodation and meal packages to suit the needs and preferences of guests, offering personalized retreat and dining experiences.
- Highlight the unique offerings of Ekaanta, including our serene location, wellness programs, and the benefits of our Ayurvedic meals.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and encouraging repeat bookings for both wellness stays and bed & breakfast/dinner experiences.
- Introduce exclusive deals, seasonal packages, and new offerings to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and client profiles using CRM tools, ensuring detailed records of bookings and interactions.
**General Responsibilities**:
- Represent Ekaanta at wellness fairs, expos, and industry events to generate leads and expand our client base.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, including sales forecasts and customer feedback.
- Stay updated on hospitality and wellness trends to offer clients the best possible solutions and packages.
- Collaborate with the operations and culinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery for both wellness retreats and dining experiences.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in B2C sales, particularly in wellness or hospitality industries.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-first approach.
- Familiarity with wellness practices, Ayurvedic diets, and a passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and experience in generating sales reports.
- A proactive, results-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹35,000.16 - ₹50,000.73 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
