- **Client Engagement**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- **Sales Execution**: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, including negotiating contracts and closing deals.
- **Market Insights**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
- **Collaborative Planning**: Partner with marketing, operations, and event planning teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals and ensure a seamless client experience.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze metrics to assess progress toward targets and identify areas for improvement.
- **Customer Support**: Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- **Event Representation**: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our services and generate leads.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the hospitality or related industry.
