As part of our growing team, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Sales Coordinator to streamline operations, manage projects, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Role Overview:
The Sales Coordinator will play a critical role in bridging communication between teams, ensuring smooth project execution, and supporting sales processes. This position requires someone with strong project management skills, critical problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage sales projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and goals are met.

Act as a liaison between sales, production, and other internal teams to resolve issues and ensure alignment.

Handle inquiries from clients and provide timely updates on project progress.

Monitor and track sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Identify potential bottlenecks and implement solutions to maintain workflow efficiency.

Prepare sales reports, presentations, and performance analyses for management.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure customer satisfaction.

Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the cosmetics sector.

Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Background: MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.

Proficiency in project management tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Prior experience in cosmetics or a related field is a plus.
