Job Title: DP Account Opening Executive

**Location**: Mulund West (On-Site)

**Salary Range**: Up to ₹25,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Online Account Opening**:

- Facilitate the online opening of Demat and Trading accounts with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met during the account opening process.
- **Client Acquisition and Relationship Building**:

- Engage in new client acquisition activities to expand the client base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to enhance client loyalty and satisfaction.
- Increase the depth of engagement with existing clients by understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- **Client Coordination**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding Demat account-related queries and issues.
- Coordinate with clients to gather necessary documentation and provide updates on their account status.
- **Follow-Up with Clients**:

- Monitor and follow up on the status of active and inactive clients.
- Implement strategies to reactivate dormant accounts and maintain engagement with active clients.
- **Client Query Management**:

- Take full responsibility for handling and resolving client queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate information and support to clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring a positive client experience.
- **Query Resolution**:

- Resolve all client queries related to Demat and Trading accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to address and resolve complex client issues.
- **Educational Background**:

- A graduate degree is preferred, demonstrating a solid educational foundation.
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Must be highly proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel for various documentation and data management tasks.
- **Location Requirement**:

- **Experience**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proactive approach to client management and problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,886.90 - ₹25,326.96 per month
