**Role Overview**:
We are looking for enthusiastic **Telecallers** to handle **KYC account opening** processes and promote **stock market training programs**. This is a voice-based role requiring strong communication skills and a service-driven approach to assist clients from registration to onboarding and training.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients for **KYC verification and account opening** (Demat/Trading).
- Explain the **KYC process**, assist in document collection, and resolve related queries.
- Promote **stock market training courses** to interested leads and explain program benefits.
- Follow up with leads regularly to ensure KYC completion and training enrollment.
- Maintain accurate call records, update CRM with lead status and follow-up details.
- Coordinate with the operations and training teams for smooth client onboarding.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Minimum qualification: Graduates.
- Basic knowledge of **KYC, Demat accounts, and stock market terminology** is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Confidence in handling calls and resolving queries with professionalism.
- Familiarity with MS Excel or CRM tools is an advantage.

**What We Offer**:

- Fixed salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (based on experience).
