We are a chartered accountant firm based out of Mylapore, Chennai.
We are looking to hire an office administrator with the following job description:
- Maintain client details in the format provided
- Maintain calendars of the partners
- Assist the partners in drafting letters/memos/submission
- Manage communication with employees by liaising with clients on various projects and tasks
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Take minutes during meetings
- Organize and maintain the office filing system
**Requirements and skills**
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in EnglishExcellent MS Office knowledge
- Typing fast and accurately, with consistent formatting, proper alignment and correct use of fonts and styles
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Graduate with accounts and commerce background
**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Schedule:

**Experience**:
- Secretarial work: 5 years (preferred)
