Job Title: Receptionist

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and reservations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Provide basic information about the company and its services to clients and visitors.
- Maintain records of visitor logs and other reception-related data.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and order replacements as needed.
- Support other departments with ad-hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role (Optional)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Work Environment:

- Office setting with standard business hours.
- May involve occasional lifting of office supplies and packages.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
