
Personal Assistant to Designer

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Calendar management for the Principal Designer
- General office administration tasks
- Tracking and managing staff attendance
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs at the studio and residence
- Overseeing studio upkeep and cleanliness
- Ordering studio and home groceries and supplies
- Liaising with home staff for personal errands and tasks
- Making dining, event, and wellness reservations
- Managing travel bookings and itineraries
- Handling online purchases, returns, and deliveries
- Vendor coordination as needed
- Client coordination for meetings and scheduling
- Maintaining records of inward and outward courier
- Answering and managing phone calls professionally
- Coordinating Zoom meetings and digital file organization (Dropbox)
**Requirements**:
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar PA or executive support role
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Dropbox, Zoom, and Google Calendar
- Well-presented, discreet, and professional in conduct
**Work Details**:
- **Location**: Bandra (work from office)
- **Timings**: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
- Some Saturdays may be work-from-home
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Yearly bonus
