Urgent Hiring for **Personal Assistant**
**Designation: Personal Assistant**
**Location - Andheri Mumbai**
**Experience: 1 to 3 years**
**Salary : 3.6 LPA**
**Timings will be**10.30am to 7.30pm
Proficient in MS Office
- Managing MD's schedule and updating his diary accordingly.
- Preparation and typing of documentation required by MD
- Coordinate with bankers and manage necessary documentation.
- Preparing and reviewing MIS reports and other various reports as required by MD/ Company
- Developing and maintaining MD’s and the Organization’s main contacts, internally and externally.
- Creating physical files with labelling.
- Managing & maintaining customer databank.
- Schedule and organize various meetings as per MD’s instructions.
- Collate and distribute final agenda to participants of that meeting at least two days prior to meeting.
- Maintaining accurate minutes of the meeting, including updating the commitments given by the HOD, ensuring work discussed is complete on the declared dates.
- Travel arrangements and preparing expense statements.
- Maintain a complete set of meeting papers for reference in HOD’s filing system.
- Maintaining legal files and calendar, attending legal hearings if required.
- Coordination with lawyers for updates of cases.
- Laptop File and folder management.
- Physical desk and folder management.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
