**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Stay updated with current hiring trends and recruitment techniques.

**Required Skills**:

- 1-2 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a staffing agency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and job portals.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
