JOB RESPONSIBILITIES OF ‘RELATIONSHIP OFFICER - PROCESSING’

1- Acts as a first contact for all clients and creates an inviting, professional atmosphere.

4- Taking immediate action on new order forms received from Sales/ECS/CP team within below timelines

b. It is mandatory to communicate with clients in WhatsApp groups from the first message itself.

d. If due to any reasons, meeting with the Sales, Project Designer and typist is not happening within 3 hrs. Inform the same to the Manager.

e. Sending process flow to client within 1 working day after the meeting for newly on boarded clients.

f. For all the new works of the existing clients, Process flow has to be sent the same day of getting the NOF from Project designer.

5- Participate in Client strategic planning process.

6- Compile and maintain client specific reports.

7- Responsible for handling a portfolio of 70-80 clients.

8- Requisition has to be given before 2:30 P. M. every day to accounts before the work assigned to PRO’s.

9- Make sure all the ongoing work is scrolled every day and PRO schedule has to be added one day prior as per client’s ongoing work.

10- Responsible for scheduling all tasks on back to back basis without any delay.

11- Coordinating with a typist to get all the documents prepared for the concerned work.

12- Coordinating with the accounts team to prepare invoices, account statements & payment receipt as per client’s request.

14- Coordinating with the sales team for new clients related documents for company formation.

15- Administer and convert new clients’ calls.

16- Coordinating with the FZE authority such as SHAMS, BIZ, DTEC etc. related to FZE clients work issues in case of any urgent work or delay/clarifications.

17- Follow up with typists/Master sheet/PRO coordinator on regular basis to complete the clients work as per their requirements.

18- Ensure clients expectations are met through coordinating client requirements against outputs from other internal stakeholders.

19- Discussion with clients regarding their needs and desires of business formation in different zones and providing research based advisory to clients.

20- Develop a knowledge base of customer problems and resolutions.

21- Handle client escalations and provide corrective actions and maintain transparency with the client gaining his trust.

22- Analyze and resolve service related issues promptly.

23- Schedule regular client meetings and teleconferences to strengthen client relationships.

24- Oversees daily workflow to ensure timely deliveries.

25- Plan and assign workload to other team members when client coordinators are not present in the office.

26- Provides back-up support as necessary to peers as well as for other administrative functions.

27- Coordination with the documentation team regarding work assignment of PRO’s.

28- Need to send the end of day report to Head Operation regarding ongoing clients updates.

29- Communicate customer issues with the team and devise ways of improving customer experience and achieve best customer satisfaction, including resolving problems and complaints.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
