**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and processes.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Escalate complex queries to appropriate departments while ensuring timely follow-up.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience.
- Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated with company policies, product knowledge, and industry trends.

**Key Skills & Qualification**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus).
- Prior experience in international voice/non-voice support will be an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as per international time zones.
