**Job Title**: International Customer Support Executive (Freshers)

**Location**: Mumbai, Maharashtra
**Shift Timing**: Night Shift (US Shift)
**Salary Range**: ₹23,000 to ₹28,000 per month

We are looking for passionate and energetic individuals to join our team as **International Customer Support Executives**. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to build a career in customer service, especially in a voice process with exposure to international clients.

As an International Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing top-notch support, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service via phone (voice support) to international clients.
- Handle customer queries and complaints regarding products/services.
- Offer troubleshooting assistance and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Work effectively within a team to achieve department goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Meet and exceed performance goals and metrics.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum qualification - Any Graduate (Freshers are welcome).
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- **Experience**: Fresher (prior experience in customer support will be an advantage).
- **Shift**: Willingness to work in Night Shifts (US Shift).
- **Other Skills**: Strong problem-solving skills, customer-centric attitude, and adaptability.
