Key Responsibilities:

- Engaging Walk-in customers and ensuring that the garments are taken from customers in accordance given in the software and price list
- Performing quality checks of the clothes received from the customer & from the factory after processing
- Ensure adequate record keeping & manage all documentation to confirm proper day to day orders received/sent
- Planning & organising daily work/travel based on pickups assigned for the day
- Answering customers questions and responding to complaints in a professional manner
- Accepting and recording payment for delivered orders

What we’re looking for:

- Effective communication skills - preferably multi lingual (English, Kannada & Hindi) any two.
- Able to multitask and perform under pressure while remaining professional with customers
- Competent computer knowledge with fluid working hand on smart phone
- A proactive approach to daily operations and a terrific team player is most welcomed

Minimum work experience: 1yr+

**Salary**: 15K + performance-based incentives

5 working days (Saturday & Sunday off)

Store Location: Bagamane Pallavi, No.20,1st Cross, Raja Ram Mohan Roy Road, Sampangi Rama Nagara, Bangalore - 560027

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Sampangiram Nagar Extension, Bengaluru - 560033, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
