What you’ll do:

Ability to read any Influencer well and getting on board authentic

Influencers apt for a Campaign.

*
Ability to cut through the noise on aspects like number of followers

and recognise authentic & powerful influencers with great source of

authority
*
*
Source, Screen, Select and build healthy relationships with the

Influencers.
*
*
Finalize reliable influencers with backups for every show and ensure

discipline with the Influencers on showing up, studying the product,

rehearsals and delivering as per the Brand’s Language

Work closely with the Founder, Content Lead, Brand Lead on

Influencer selection for any Livestream and training

Create excitement in the Influencer community and make the ‘Abby

Club’ aspirational for Influencers
*
*
Stay abreast with all the latest trends in the Social Media world
*
*
Influencer Expense management and timely payments.
*
*
Create Playbooks of hiring the right influencers who can be groomed

to become experts
*
*
Brainstorm on creative campaigns with the Brand and Creative Lead

and voice any inputs/concerns that Influencers might have.
