About the role: The Influencer Marketing Associate will play a key role in identifying, onboarding, and managing influencer partners to help build brand awareness, drive engagement, and support sales. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute influencer strategies, coordinate deliverables, and measure campaign results. Key Responsibilities: - Research, identify, and vet potential influencers and content creators that align with brand goals and values - Assist in managing end-to-end influencer campaigns: outreach, negotiation, briefing, tracking deliverables, and reporting - Maintain an organized database of influencer contacts, contracts, and campaign details - Communicate regularly with influencers to manage timelines, content approvals, and expectations - Collaborate with the creative and social teams to ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines - Track campaign performance and compile reports on KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI - Monitor trends in influencer marketing, social media platforms, and competitor activity - Support the development of ambassador or affiliate programs as needed Skills & Qualifications: - 12 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing - Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and relevant influencer marketing tools - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment - Passion for digital trends, content creation, and brand storytelling
