- Handle online and phone reservations.
- Inform guests about payment methods and verify credit card details.
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments.
- Provide information about available rooms, rates, and amenities.
- Address guest queries and complaints professionally.
- Liaise with housekeeping to ensure room readiness.
- Supervise housekeeping staff, including room attendants, laundry personnel, and public area cleaners.
- Provide training to ensure high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
- Ensure guest rooms are cleaned, sanitized, and well-maintained.
- Coordinate with maintenance for repairs or replacements as needed.
- Oversee turndown service and special requests for VIP guests.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
